We’re are excited to share an important milestone in Bluehive’s journey. As of January 1st, we have merged into One Productivity Group and now operate as Bluehive by OPG.
This move marks a new chapter - one that strengthens our focus on Asana, expands our scale across Europe, and positions us to support organisations navigating increasingly complex ways of working with greater confidence and capacity.
Bluehive was founded in 2021 with a clear mission: to help teams work smarter through modern, effective work-management solutions. What started as a small, hands-on consultancy quickly grew into one of the leading Asana partners in the Benelux. By 2022, we had built a strong reputation as a proactive partner focused on measurable impact.
As the company grew, expanding into the Nordics and supporting larger, more distributed organisations, the nature of the work evolved as well. Looking ahead, questions around long-term growth, scalability, and resilience became increasingly relevant. One insight stood out: if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. With this mindset, joining One Productivity Group became the natural next step for Bluehive
The way organisations work is changing fast. Teams are more distributed, workflows are more complex, and expectations around productivity continue to rise. Over the past few years, we’ve seen a clear shift: organisations are looking for partners who combine deep platform expertise with the scale, resilience, and long-term perspective needed to support lasting change.
As these needs continued to evolve, it became clear that to keep delivering meaningful impact, we needed to think beyond operating on our own. Becoming part of a larger group allows us to deliver even more value. By joining forces with other specialised consultancies, we strengthen our capabilities, expand our collective expertise, and build a more resilient organisation - one better equipped to support complex environments.
Bluehive will continue to operate under its existing brand and will remain exclusively focused on Asana. That focus doesn’t change - it deepens. Our clients can expect stability and consistency, with the same delivery approach and commitment to care. With increased expertise and capacity behind the scenes, we’re able to support our customers with even greater attention as they scale.
This strengthened focus is underpinned by bringing all Asana expertise within the group together under one dedicated practice. As part of this merger, Bluehive will take over BridgeFlow’s Asana customer base, consolidating specialist knowledge into a single team. This makes Bluehive the largest Pan-European Asana partner.
At the heart of One Productivity Group is a simple belief:
Markets will change, teams will change, the climate will change - but every organisation will always strive to achieve higher productivity.
OPG exists to be the place organisations turn to when they want to elevate their digitally driven productivity. This is delivered through a combination of strategic advisory, technology implementation, and bespoke workflow design, all focused on creating measurable business impact.
AI & Strategy Consulting
Organisations are supported in moving beyond AI hype to harness intelligence that optimises workflows and unlocks strategic growth. Every technological leap is anchored in measurable business value.
Work Management & Tool Implementation
Technology is only as effective as its adoption. Enterprises are guided through the selection, deployment, and optimisation of work-management ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration and a clear return on investment.
Low-Code Development
Bespoke workflow solutions are designed to align people with platforms. Leveraging low-code agility, fragmented processes are transformed into scalable, high-performance systems that evolve with the business.
Together, these elements form a cohesive and practical approach to productivity, grounded in real-world delivery and long-term value. That strongly aligns with how we’ve built Bluehive from day one.
In the near future, it’s business as usual - now backed by greater organisational strength. Over time, joining One Productivity Group enables closer collaboration across regions and specialisations, while preserving the focused expertise our clients rely on.
We’re proud of what we’ve built - and confident about what comes next.
If you’re curious about what this means for your organisation, or want to talk about how we can support your Asana journey at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
