How many people can participate in a training session?

10 to 15 at a time. This is to ensure that enough time is available for each participant.

Can training be combined and merged so that multiple teams can attend the training?

The various trainings we offer, such as Asana Fundamentals, are applicable to all teams. In addition, we offer training per team to ensure that Asana supports that team in the intended way. Would you like to combine some? Feel free to contact us, and we will find the best option together.

How long does it take to train the staff and implement Asana?

The process takes 3 to 4 weeks, and we can onboard an entire organization within 2 to 3 months.

Is certain prior knowledge required for the training?

No. The training is well-matched for everyone, from people interacting with the software for the first time to experienced users. The most important factor is that participants are willing to learn.

Can employees participate online?

Yes. Training can take place online via Google Meet. Onsite trainings are also possible after consultation.

Are there follow-up opportunities after the training?

Yes. If you have purchased licenses from Bluehive, you can ask questions via our ticketing system. Signing up for a Care+ package is a possibility if you did not purchase licenses. We take care of the monthly maintenance of your infrastructure. We also have hourly packages of 10, 20, or 30 hours available.
