Work as a Junior Asana Implementation Consultant
We believe the 3 P's should be in sync for an organisation to adapt to the digital transformation of work: People, Process and Product (Asana). Asana is the best work management tool available, so you can assume the Product will do what is expected of it. It is your job to get the People that are part of the Process aligned, together they form a way of working. This new way of working is build into Asana, and subsequently it is your job to train the users to adjust to this new way of working (change management). The impact you can achieve for the client by aligning the 3P's is the value we bring. This impact results in (among other things):-
- More clarity of who is doing what by when.
- Saving boatloads of time for the individuals in the client's teams.
- Bringing peace back into their teams.

Your responsibilities

Support the analysis and assessment of customers’ current processes.

Design and implement effective workflows and configure customer environments accordingly.

Help co-facilitate customer workshops (virtual and on-site).

Provide day-to-day support to customers and assist with answering questions and resolving issues.

Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement of existing workflows.

Communicate with customer and stakeholders.

Support customers during implementation and change processes.

Acquire, manage, and grow customer accounts with guidance from senior consultants.

What we like to see in our new Junior Implementation Consultant
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with an IT focus (e.g. Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics) or comparable qualification.
- At least 1 years of experience in process management, consulting, or software training.
- You have knowledge of and experience with work management tools (e.g. Asana, monday.com)
- Experience in operations or consulting, B2B software and strategic product positioning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer orientation, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- You have an eye for detail and are structured in the work you do.
- You are proactive, analytical, driven, have communication skills and a healthy dose of self-confidence.
- You get energy from terms like: digital tools, process optimization, automation, experimentation, data analysis, coaching.
- You have the growth mindset; personal and professional growth is one of your motivations.
- Optional: willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
- Comfortable working in flexible, dynamic team structures.
