Work as a Medior Asana Implementation Consultant
We believe the 3 P's should be in sync for an organisation to adapt to the digital transformation of work: People, Process and Product (Asana). Asana is the best work management tool available, so you can assume the Product will do what is expected of it. It is your job to get the People that are part of the Process aligned, together they form a way of working. This new way of working is build into Asana, and subsequently it is your job to train the users to adjust to this new way of working (change management). The impact you can achieve for the client by aligning the 3P's is the value we bring. This impact results in (among other things):-
- More clarity of who is doing what by when.
- Saving boatloads of time for the individuals in the client's teams.
- Bringing peace back into their teams.

Your responsibilities

Analyze and assess the current state of customer processes.

Design and implement effective workflows and configure customer environments accordingly.

Organize and lead customer workshops (virtual and on-site).

Provide ongoing support and trusted advisory services to customers.

Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement of existing workflows.

Engage confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Enable organizational change and support customers through change-management initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support new customer acquisition.

Think and act in a business-oriented manner, contributing to the strategic development of consulting and training offerings.

Independently acquire, manage, and grow customer accounts.

What we like to see in our new Medior Implementation Consultant
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with an IT focus (e.g. Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics) or comparable qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in process management, consulting, or software training.
- Experience in operations or consulting, B2B software and strategic product positioning.
- Experience delivering training sessions or workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer orientation, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-complexity projects.
- You want to be a leader in the digital transformation.
- You have an eye for detail and are structured in the work you do.
- You are proactive, analytical, driven, have communication skills and a healthy dose of self-confidence.
