Work as an Allround Marketeer?

Some of the work as an Allround Marketeer

  • You are responsible for the development and execution of external marketing materials for Bluehive, as well as other OPG brands including Kapaya, 24Luna, and BridgeFlow - spanning social posts, newsletters, blogs, customer cases, and more.
  • You lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, coordinating and executing targeted online initiatives around key propositions, customer segments, and events..
  • You act as the project manager for all events organized by Bluehive (such as webinars, customer days, and community sessions). You are responsible for the organization, planning, and communication - but not for the content delivery or the commercial outcome of these events. You also coordinate our participation in external events and congresses, ensuring our presence is professionally prepared and flawlessly executed.
  • You generate strategic ideas and execute plans that convert marketing initiatives into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • You manage and safeguard Bluehive’s digital brand identity. This includes maintaining the website and its visual content and other external communications.
  • You collaborate with external experts (freelancers) when specific expertise is required or when internal capacity is exceeded. This may include support in areas such as HubSpot, Google Ads, video, and photography.
  • You align marketing activities in Asana and serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related questions.

  • A gross salary ranging from €34.250,- to €45.000,- per year.

What we like to see in our new Allround Marketeer

  • You have an HBO or WO (bachelor or master) degree in the direction of marketing, (business) communication, entrepreneurship or another education in a similar direction.
  • You have demonstrable experience and/or affinity with marketing, content and/or event management.
  • You preferably have 1-3 years of work experience.
  • You speak English at a B2-C1 level; Dutch and/or German is a strong plus.
  • You are familiar with work management tools (such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable etc) and know your way around HubSpot, Canva and Figma.
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You think commercially and understand how marketing contributes to growth.
  • You have a healthy dose of self-confidence to do things that you've never done before.
  • You are energized by terms such as: marketing, brand, events and much more!
  • You have the Growth mindset; personal and professional growth is one of your drivers.
